InnovaSoft - Service Refund Terms Agreement
The terms and conditions for the refund and exchange of products, services, or subscriptions purchased through the "www.innovasoft.com.tr" website, as well as the terms of use of web services executed electronically with the final owner of the service, are outlined below.
Refund Conditions
- The refund conditions for products, services, or subscriptions purchased through our website are as follows:
- The product requested for a refund must be resalable to another consumer with the same specifications and quantity.
- The refund request must be submitted in writing (either in paper or digital format) by the final owner of the product to our company within 3 calendar days following the purchase.
Non-Refundable Products and Services Products or services that cannot be refunded due to the initiation of service use or the inability to resell them to another consumer with the same specifications and quantity are listed below:
- Domain name (registration, renewal, transfer) services
- SSL security certificates
- Licenses for products, services, and subscriptions (including all domain-licensed software services)
- Virtual server (VDS/VPS) services
- Physical server rental services
- Physical server hosting services
- Web design and coding services
- Credit balances added to the customer account
- Trademark registration processes
- Custom SEO work
- Custom software development
- Custom ERP, CRM, HRM, LMS, CMS, school, course, e-commerce, and specialized management system software
- Server optimization processes
If a refund request is made within 3 days, the refund will be processed to the bank account number provided by the customer within a maximum of 3 to 30 days.
Each customer can only request a refund for the first service they receive. For example, if you have previously purchased or are currently using a service from our company and purchase the same service again, the refund guarantee does not apply to this service.
